Its flu season and Broadway by the Sea wants to send out some awareness for keeping yourself and loved ones safe and healthy! According to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention adults 65 years and older are at a greater risk of serious complications from the flu. A couple tips to prevent illness are:
Contact your healthcare provider to get more information and schedule your flu shot by the end of October if possible.
Wash your hands often, cover your mouth when you cough, and avoid people who are sick.
Wear layers and keep blankets handy to keep your body temperature up.
From everyone at Broadway by the Sea we wish you fun, safe, and healthy Autumn!
